Description As Calls are
processed using Comm One Call Accounting, the calls are added to the current
period. The current period file can be closed out to archive calls
automatically, or manually using this Close Period Routine. Closed periods
are saved in a directory named ARCHIVE under the Call Accounting system.
Closed periods can be loaded using the SELECT PERIOD routine so that calls can
be loaded and reported on at a later time.
