Description Call Detail Reports contain the raw detail of each call that has been
made. The Comm One System not only captures the calls, but it costs the calls,
determines the call type, and associates each call with a specific user and/or
department. The Call Detail Report can be printed for a particular station, by
date range, by extension number or for a particular department. The fields
shown give you enough information to determine how, where, and when calls were
placed.
