First 90 Days of Support Provided FREE |
|
Initially ninety (90) days of Free Technical Support are included with the
purchase of any Comm One Software Product. An Annual Maintenance Agreement is available to
extend support in additional 12 month periods. End Users with support agreements are
entitled to unlimited technical support during normal business hours. |

Technical Support Services |
Technical Support is designed to assist you with questions relating to the
operation of any Comm One Software Product. Services are provided by telephone, modem,
electronic mail, and fax. On-site services are not considered Technical Support and are
billed at our standard hourly rate. Customized programming is also not considered
Technical Support.
